SHIPPING
Local pickup is available from our Mudgee Store. Our address is 45 Church Street, Mudgee NSW 2850. We are open Monday – Friday 10am-5pm, and Sat 9:30am-1:30pm.
All goods are shipped with Australia Post Parcel service, from Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays.
We aim to give you the best possible price for shipping.
Most goods are shipped within 24 hours of you placing the order. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to get it on its way as soon as possible.
All items have tracking. If you are not home when your delivery arrives, the item may be left if safe, or a card will be left for you to collect it from your local Australia Post office.
We check all our goods before dispatch to ensure they are not damaged before we sell them. They are very well packed, especially glass and mirror items. But occasionally breakages happen along the way.
If an item breaks or is damaged we are happy to replace or refund in full less the cost in postage.
We do not ship outside Australia.
